About us

Greens grown in the desert.

Ika Greens started as a small family farm in Moapa, NV. We grow greens and other vegetables in the desert using a variety of water-smart growing techniques, including aquaponics, hydroponics, vertical farming, and microgreens, alongside select crops that are still grown in soil.

Our goal is to provide fresh, local, sustainably produced vegetables year-round, and make it easy for people to eat more greens every day.

We love to work with other local and regional farmers to provide produce to our community that we are not able to grow on our farm.

Microgreens are young vegetable greens that are harvested between the sprout and the baby greens stage. They are packed with nutrients and have intense flavors, making them a popular choice for adding a burst of freshness to salads, sandwiches, and other dishes.
